The Diamond and Pearl chapter of the manga Pocket Monsters Special (ポケットモンスター SPECIAL), by Hidenori Kusaka (日下秀憲) and Satoshi Yamamoto (山本サトシ) has been announced on the official Web site. It will be serialised in the Shōgakukan 3rd-grader magazine (小学三年生) beginning in the December issue, which goes on sale Nov. 2. Volume 23, featuring the FireRed and LeafGreen chapter of the manga, has also been announced and will be on sale starting Oct. 27.
