Update:  The official website has updated with the title and a logo.

Today, a title for the 14th movie has been leaked from CoroCoro G Winter. The movie's title is 「ビクティニと黒き英雄」 which translates to Victini and the Dark Hero. Ruler of Illusions: Zoroark premiered earlier this year in Japanese theaters on July 10, 2010.
