Pokémon will be joinging with Zingy, Inc., the main mobile media provider in the United States, to launch Pokémon Mobile. This service will feature the first ever official Pokémon cell phone content, including wallpapers, ring tones and short videos.
Yves Saada, Pokémon USA's vice president of business development, praised the partnership.
"With mobile phone usage growing at an unprecedented rate and our fans looking for more on-demand content, it was a natural fit for Pokémon to expand into mobile media," Saada said.
