I have a US copy of Black 2. Just now, I used Mystery Gift, and I was able to get this Wonder Card. I think the article should be updated accordingly, since it implies that it's only available in Europe... :No it doesn't. It specifies that it can be obtained in "English, Spanish, German, and Italian '''language''' copies of Black 2 and White 2".
